Our wedding cake, complete with Sylvanian family brown bears in customised outfits to match our own. The cows and duck pond were a request from my husband (dairy farmer!) and I'm really pleased with how the hot air balloon turned out!

I borrowed this photo from one of my guests facebook so not sure how big it will be...

I took loads of it so will have a sort through my camera and see what I can find and I can't wait to see the pro photos of it :)

    Thank you very much!

It was (from the top) chocolate, lemon, lemon, carrot, fruit. I had hardly any left over so can't have been too bad.

The cows were chocolate cake too. :)

Thank you! I am still hoping to set up as a business in a couple of months time. I'm doing a few more cakes to get some extra photos for my website and then I should be ok to go eek! :)

I used transfer sheets. Normally you can only use them with chocolate where you melt the chocolate and pour it over the transfer sheet but I used sugarpaste and stuck the transfer on with a hairdryer. If you try this at home don't burn your hands as it gets very very hot.

There are some fabulous courses on offer by some of the very best cake makers. They all seem to be a long way from me but I will go on a couple one day. They look like really good fun. :)
