I've been looking at shoes to go with my Ian Stuart Cabaret and I LOVE these by Emmy - what does everyone think?

Thanks - yeah, not everyone's cup of tea, I love them though. Might go with a coloured peacock feather for my something blue? x

Emmy emailed me and suggested a nude shade in silk. Said I really needed a more plain shoe because of the detail on the dress and suggested some twist and wrap style shoes. I'm just contemplating which ones atm.

I know what they mean, I just really liked those shoes [IMG]

    What's everyone else having? xx

I love your shoes they are gorgeous! These are mine, very plain and simple but I am just so pleased to have found some nice 'girly' shoes that fit. I have size 9 wide feet. My fiance is also a little shorter than me, so I couldnt have anything with too big heel either. I was very excited in the dress shop when they said they had somesize 9 shoes for me to try my dress on with, in another shop I had to wear my own black shoes just to see how the dresses were with shoes!!

MrsBrown2B, I was looking at Rainbow club shoes, they are very comfy.
I Don't wear heals so was after a very low heal comfy shoe.
Also the church has some steps and was very worried about tripping in my dress!!
I quite like these from Pink but haven't purchased any yet.
What do you think ladies, will wearing low heals detract from my dress though?

You'll have to let us know which ones you pick - I love the ones with the feather! Which others did they suggest?

I've got my eye on these ones by Benjamin Adams - they don't feel to high due to the platform, and are pretty comfy as shoes go! What do you think?

There is the option to have them dyed to whatever colour I want, and I quite fancy dark blue.

I want to have navy blue shoes (as my something blue) My bridesmaids are wearing navy as is H2B and I thought it would be a little different!
I would love to wear some killer heals but being 5ft 10 already I would look silly anything over a kitten heal I envy all you lucky ladies that can wear such beautiful shoes xx

Luckily kitten heels are back in fashion so there are lots of lovely ones around! Have you got your eye on any in particular?

No I haven't seen any I really like so far (without costing the earth anyway), I want a kitten heal with a peep toe either in navy blue satin or in ivory/ cream with the option to dye them.
I do have a back up pair that I got in the sale in Newlook, which are a kitten heal, with a peep toe and blue- but they don,t feel "special" enough but they are my back up plan and if i wasn't being a fussy mare they will do fine!

I have attached a pic, sorry its probably going to be huge when you open it and the wrong way round but I don't know how else to do it.....if i had a bran i may be dangerous :) xx

I actually really like those! If you wanted to make them look a bit more special, you could take off the bow and get a glitzy brooch to put in it's place [IMG]
