My Bargains So Far

    so, as you know i have a teeny budget, and limited time.
    but thought i'd share my bargains with you as i'm veyr proud of them

    so.
    Venue - got the room hire for free, due to short notice

    my dress, though second hand, should have been £40, but got it for £30 as it needed some beadwork fixing.
    my shoes, on sale for £45 saved about £30
    my Tiara, might borrow one so free, or bought on last night on the debenhams sale, so saved 25%
    my jewellary, a gift from SIL

    LO's dress was reduced saved £10, and bought the tiara at the same time, using a save £5 voucher.
    LO's shoes, biught in the debenhams sale saving 20%

    Bm's dress, was reduced to £50 from £130 as it said the zip was faulty, they lied, bargain!
    My ring, saved £80 on that, as shopped around

    stationary, saved£5 with another money off voucher

    wedding cake and my bra, from M&S voughers, so free

    wedding car hire. OH is going in his best mans lambourgini, so free
    i'm going in a work colleagues wedding car jag, for £100

    Photographer, another mates rate, an excelent deal, with added bits thrown in. 2photographers on the day, stacks of photo's all for £300
    our flowers, saved £70 by shopping around
    Lady to decorate the cake, i'll give her a bottle of wine. and the decorations only cost me £23 from a crft shop

    in 3 weeks i dont think i've dne that bad. got a lot of favours from people. still some bits to do. but in 2 weeks tomorrow i will be becoming a MRS eek! :D

    almost, OH's suit and ring will be going on his credit card, but that's less than £200's worth.

    I'm looking forward to totaling it all up when everythings bought.

    here is a little list of the things i have left to do in 13 days!

    get the grooms suit!
    pick up the grooms ring (wednesday) whoch BETTER fit!
    my myself some sexy underwear
    get a tiara
    buy the favours
    buy gents gifts x3
    pick up my cake
    pick up my dress
    have hair and makeup trial
    sort getting MIL to the wedding (complicated)
    pay half a dozen people
    visit the venue for the last sort out of bits on 31st
    find a something borrowed and sixpence

    Humpf :)

    6 days to go!

    here's what i have left to do

    here is a little list of the things i have left to do in 13 days!

    buy the favour bags
    buy gents gifts x3
    pay half a dozen people
    visit the venue for the last sort out of bits tomorrow
    find a something borrowed

    getting my hair but and dyed on thu (and a wax shhhhh) :D
    nails on saturday

    hen on friday, going for an indian and drinks in town

    :D fingers crossed for sunshine

    Sounds daft but Poundland have some organza favour bags tied with ribbon in various colours at 12 for £1. xxx
