We went to pay for our videographer yest and he offered us a marryoke for no extra cost so we (well I did!) jummped at the offer lol!

We did say we'd like Glee-Dont stop Believin, but my mother said we should go for something that everyone will know.......in other words something the oldies will know lol!

Is anyone having a marryoke? Or do you have any sugestions for other songs we could use?

Hell yeah! lol! Thats if I can work out how to get it on here :D

H2b has watched a few of them now and hes going off the idea, says he doesnt want to look a fool standing there on his own singing......I've told him we'll all do it together.

We're thinking about doing it to Tony Chrisites Amerillo now, seen a vid of that and it looks good ;)

Do you know what, I've just looked around at a lot of Marryoke sites and articles - and they take SO long - most of them 'most of the day' - and to be honest, I wouldn't want to spend the whole wedding day - a day you only get once anyway - faffing around with a video!! I'd rather remember the day from the emotions I felt and the photos that were taken. I can imagine getting very stressed at trying to fit the video in with the photos, talking to friends and family, and just taking it all in really! I'd rather just sit back and relax and let it happen. But, this is just my opinion!! I guess I'm also speaking from the point of a professional musician, and to me it seems a bit strange and a little bit tacky to indulge in this sort of thing!!

But we're all different and that's what makes life exciting!!

My girlfirend (fiancé) and I went to a wedding in December that had a marryoke. It was pretty good if I'm honest this is the video but I'm not in it

The people who did it were really nice , suffice to say it looks like we are having them at our wedding too

Anyhow, one post further up said about not wanting them there all day. Well to be honest I think they need to be there all day. We spoke with these people and they include so much other bits in the video so it's not just a song video. Plus they said quite a few couples ask for a wedding video film later too.

    Stay happy
