Hi everyone! We are in the planning stage for our wedding. My fiance and I both love kids and we are greatly considering to have kids as our flower girls and ring bearers. But, we are both worried about something undesirable could happen if we do involve them. I want to learn from your experiences and insights. Thank you in advance!

I am in the same situation as you. Me and my H2B have two nephews, one aged 4 and one 9 months at the moment and I want to include them (we won't be married just yet, so they will be a bit older)
I'm worried about ages and behaviour, especially with our oldest nephew as he is rather naughty. I'm concerned that the older one will push out the youngest but I love them both and I'm not going to include one without the other. Hope all goes well!

I also want to say welcome to the forum! I've just noticed your wedding date and you're getting married on the day me and my H2B became a couple!

I am sure if they have grown-up helper it would work fine, really cute idea!

On tv they say never work with animals or children!( for a reason) But I'd have children because they lighten the day and make it less serious and more fun! Good luck

We had our then 2 year old as a flower girl, she was the only child at the wedding because we have been to a few that had a lot of children present there was a lot of stressed parents when the children became restless and bored.
My moh was our daughters godmother so she was in charge of child wrangling, my in laws helped a lot as well.

It really is a personal choice though
