How to make a just the 2 of us wedding extra special?

Hi Ladies. I'm in the very early stages of wedding planning at moment so not much decided 100% at this point other than venue and dress. I've decided on a more intimate wedding, so will just be me and my groom there. My reason for posting is I'm looking for ideas on how to make the day extra special for us as i don't want to feel it's all over with to quickly. I already have in mind a candlelit meal for after ceremony and gift exchange, also maybe exchange of our own personal vows. I'd really love to hear some suggestions on making things extra special, thanks in advance for any replies.

That sounds like a lovely idea. What kind of things are you in to? Are there any activities you enjoy doing together? My first thoughts would be to book a lovely hotel and make full use of the facilities!

 

I think in a situation like this one location would be everything!

Maybe an out of the ordinary experience?
