Hi Aambee, welcome to the forums! :)

That's a brilliant wedding date! Your H2B will be in serious trouble if he doesn't remember that!!

How far along with your planning are you?

Hi congratulations, love the idea behind your date (hope it works) welcome to the forum, oh and it's never to early to start your planning, our wedding is 1.5yr away and we have things planned already (I like to be organised!)

You'll have to let us know what you have planned so far, we do like to hear details, and pics are good too. :)

Wow, that's a good date. Not sure I'd be brave enough to get married 5 days before Christmas though.

Bora bora! You lucky thing!! :D

Where abouts are you getting married? I don't know if I would have been more stressed or less stressed having someone organise everything for me - I think I'm too much of a control freak!!

Love that date! You're lucky having someone to sort out the planning too, especially for a 4 day event! Does that mean you need 4 outfits ;) if so, am insanely jealous!!

    That sounds amazing!! :D

Mind you, I had enough of a struggle finding one dress that I liked let alone 5! That being said, it solves the problem of not being able to choose between your favourites - you can just get them all!

Hooray. Oh you're sooo lucky, it's not fair, stamp feet why couldn't I have 5 dresses! :p
The saris are gorgeous, the vibrant colours will look amazing.

As the for gowns, again both gorgeous. After careful consideration for me personally the second one just pips it, I think because it is so elegant, and I like the little sleeves. Also, the ivory/white colour might make a nice contrast, as the other dresses are such fab colours.

I really like number 2 too! But you really need to try on, that will help you decide. There are lots and lots of posts on here that all say you must go try on dresses as they look completly different on and lots of posts of woman who went with one idea in mind and came back with completly different dresses (including me!)

I love your traditional dresses too.. gorgeous colours!

Will you be having a big wedding? I remember talking to one of my husbands colleagues about my wedding saying it was a big wedding with 90 guests, he told me he and his wife had 1500 people at their wedding. I nearly fainted! Cant wait to hear your plans!
