Cla Helps

    Hi Ladies,

    I have a little tip for you, if your working out and eating all the right things but are having issues getting that little bit off your tummy then try a protien called CLA... i get mine from myprotien.com.

    Please mods delete this if you think its advertising, you take 2 twice a day and it really does help... this is the bit that might help you stay motivated, it doesnt work and you'll be wasting your money if you dont work out, you have to or it just doesnt work... that helps me get my bum to the gym when i'm feeling lazy! Its not a food substitute you take it after eating... it just helps get rid of the stubborn bits round your tummy and tones if you work out with it.

    Thanks for the tip. I've just ordered some. Fingers crossed it helps shifts at least an inch off my waist and hips.

    Fingers crossed for you, remember you MUST work out for it to work but it burns fat faster and tones quicker.... let me know how it goes

    I go to 4 gym classes a week is that enough or will I need to do something every day?

    I'm taking 4 a day before meals (when I remember, a couple of times I've taken them after as I've forgot). I'll weigh and measure myself at the weekend and let you know how I've done. I feel slimmer this week though!!

    haha yeah i forgot a few times too but i'm sure it doesnt affect you too much. I'm glad your feeling slimmer though!

    Just ordered some more CLA from this website - www.justvitamins.co.uk there's a bogof on at the moment, and it's really speedy if you pay using paypal. Didn't have to register at all.
