Yep, my hair usually holds well with hairspray, I can usually sleep on it and wake up the next day with a nice wave to it. I'm staying at the venue the night before too so won't have to spend much time outside before the ceremony

hair
Also known as, the bane of my life! This is the one thing that I have been really struggling with. I have had 2 hair trials so far. The first one went quite well, I had a timeless beehive and it looked really elegant. Second time, she tried to re-create first said look and got it completely wrong, resulting in me looking like Audrey Hepburn in breakfast at tiffanys. As a young bride of 24, this did not look good. It's not that the woman is a bad hairdresser, she just happened to have taken some tablets for a migraine that made her go a little weird. Shes a family friend, so has said she will keep going til we get it right, but if I'm honest, if she gets it wrong again I think I may have to look elsewhere.
So this is the hairpiece I have (already included pics before, so here is one to refresh your memory)

And here is my inspiration for the next hair trial (a lot of down dos this time as that is how I prefer wearing my hair)

Or maybe

Apparently I have nightmare hair (lots of hair but very fine) so fingers crossed she'll be able to pull off the first look as it is my favourite.

Thank you, I was a little worried what the colour would come out like, as I only had a tiny sample square to go from

Bridesmaid dresses continued
The bridesmaid dresses turned up today, 5 weeks early. To say I was a little excited would be an understatement! There are B-e-a-utiful
One of my bridesmaids is currently living in south Korea, so I tried hers on so she could see a picture of one of them. Here it is:

They came with a free bag and detachable straps too.
Here is my back up (freebie) dress for the evening:

I kind of hope I get to wear this in the evening, although if I am happy in my dress I won't change.
Flower girl dresses:

My cousins absolutely love these. They tried them on when they visited last and spent a great deal of time twirling and swishing in them. Apparently they have been practicing their twirling ever since
