Hi all,

I love looking at other people's dress choice's, some lovely dresses.

Sarah, third post, yours is an Alan Hannah, it looks lovely and very similar to mine.
Is it thai silk?
I can't show a picture of mine as I didn't take a photo in the bridal store but wish I had.
There are no photo's online as it was a special dress made for the Pantiles bride store in Tunbridge Wells.
I didn't choose the dress because of this it was just the one I fell in love with when I tried it on.
I did love the Alan Hannah range when I checked the website though Posted Image

I loved wearing my dress and keep taking a peek of it in it's bag in the attic. Would love to be able to wear it again.

full length: Posted Image

sort of. I'm using this dress as my inspiration and making a dress along the same theme.
it will have crossovers, but only 4, and the bodice weave will be 3 shades of green (to match my shoes).
then the dress will be floor-length in a creamy-gold silk dupion, and the train will be a chiffon/lace/netting that I can hook up over my arms.

Ahhhh thank you hun! I love it so much and bought a hoop as well to make it even more poofy. It makes such a difference. My dress is Alfred Angelo's 1136. x

Mine is the Ian Stuart Cabaret... will post pics when my dress comes in. At the moment I only have pics in the ivory and I have gone for Taupe. Plus, it was a bit small.

I'll put the pics up on the Ian Stuart thread! Any Ian Stuart brides, I'd love to talk dresses, shoe's and accessories. I'm still trying to find my dress twin - it'll probably be hard with me ordering it in taupe rather than ivory.

It looks nothing like this on me!!!
