[Good Friday Bride]

Hi Everyone,
Im new to this forum but wanted to join up as im engaged
He proposed on his birthday Feb 13th this year and we've been together 2.5 years.
We were up in the Lake District and he got down on one knee!
Anyway look forward to having a look through these forums to get ideas.
Have been pretty organised already putting deposits down on rings, my dress and provisionally booking a venue!

Where is your venue and what's it like?

Hi guys,
Thanks getting married at The George Hotel in Buckdon which is a bespoke hotel. Heard loads of good reports about it and foods supposed to be amazing. We're going to have a relaxed bbq style wedding.
Dress is so much simpler then i thought i would have but its plain Ivory with a flower detail at the waist. The main thing i love about it that its tea length, i wanted something quite fun and floaty because our style will be informal. The H2B wants to go for a tweed style outfit (no jacket) just waistcoat white shirt rolled up (think he wants to show off his tattoo!) and trainers, nice ones of course.
We got engaged up in Kirby Lonsdale in a cute little cottage. Just me, him and the dog
