so new plan is hold the evening do in a field and have it there , finding it really hard to find one to hire out for evening . if any body has any ideas for this or even a venue where they let you do your own evening food would be great

my partner has his heart set on being able to do the evening BBQ food , we found it so hard to find anywhere in the lake district were they would let us do the food ,
so new plan is hold the evening do in a field and have it there , finding it really hard to find one to hire out for evening . if any body has any ideas for this or even a venue where they let you do your own evening food would be great

Hi saffron, welcome to BigDay!
Will you be hiring a marquee? If so, your best bet may be to speak to marquee hire companies and see if they know of anywhere that fits the bill. Failing that you could ring round farms and see if they would let you set up in one of their fields.
