Ooh that looks stunning! Grange-over-Sands is a beautiful place, you're a very lucky girl! Ian's aunt and uncle live there, so it's nice to have an excuse to visit!

Are you having the ceremony there too?

Looks fab! Always nice to have another lake district b2b on here although i'm further up in the north lakes! hoping to book inn on the lake as it's only a few minutes away from us and Ullswater is very special to us both.

We looked at the inn on the lake but it was a bit far north for all our guests to travel and grange over sands is quite special to us! We are having everything there! Meal for all our guests on the friday and the ceremony and reception on the saturday. It's family run and there are all sooo lovely we wanted that because our wedding is all about our family and closest friends having a great weekend together! x

September is an awesome month to get married. That's the week before my original date was but we bought it forward to May for various reasons. I so love September though, long warm days and sunny but not scorching, late summer flowers and beautiful colours and sunsets. I'm such a daydreamer. :D

Have you chosen any other details? :)

Think we want something a bit irish folky that will do all the classic irish songs or something with a bit of everything! We are so unsure and i have no idea where to start really! But i need to get cracking on it i suppose! So if anybody has any ideas where i start or with who feel free to help!!!! x
