Hi girls,

I am getting married in September for the 1st time but my H2B has been married before. Anyone else in the same situation or are you getting married for a 2nd time?

Hiya Em

I'm second time round and my lovely fiance is first time. I feel guilty sometimes as I learned where things went wrong or were unnecessary first time round and have to bite my tongue not to keep comparing like that!

I guess it is probably harder for the bride. My fiance didnt have alot to do with planning his 1st wedding, as it was rushed due to his father in law being ill and was all paid for by them. All I do know it is cost a hell of alot more than ours is. But he has been brilliant, he hasnt once mentioned his 1st wedding and has been trying to get as involved as possible. x

I am doing something completely different this time round so it's nice to be researching and looking for things I never did before. My entire wedding and reception was on a student budget last time, this time, although my budget is just over £2000, the money is going so much further.
