Yes no date set yet but as we only live 20min away and my OH proposed on Ullswater (further up on Howe Town Pier) It was the obvious option for us! We have it all planned just need to save up now. Have you got a date set yet?

Oooh romantic! Its so beautiful there. We are actually getting married in St Michaels Church, just up from Pooley Bridge.

December 18th this year! Feels like quite a long way off yet!! Not sure i'll be able to contain myself that long!

Thanks, we are nearly all sorted, just the little things like gifts etc, finding these the most stressful! Still need to have a final dress fitting but I am sure it will all come together in the next week. Typical that I have only just come across the forum when I am nearly finished, could have done with all the suggestions & advice!

Well we are glad to have you here even if it is just for 2 weeks! There are quite a few of us 'veterans' (ie married!) who have stayed around to help other brides to be, so you are more than welcome to linger!
